- Total Active Residential Properties: 609 (8% increase from June 1st)
- Total Residential Properties in Back-Up and Pending: 171 (2% increase from June 1st)
- Total Residential Properties Sold in June: 97 (11% increase from May) (Compared to 2015, this is normal. It is an improvement over 2014)
*The number of properties sold in June 2015 was 108. In June 2014, 68 sold. - 86 sold in May
