Cathy McCabe is a 34 year resident of the Big Bear Valley. She graduated a semester early from Calvary Chapel Big Bear Christian Academy in 2006, and began working with Realty Executives Big Bear in 2007. She has worked nearly every angle in the office, from receptionist to escrow assistant, as well as marketing coordinator for the broker/owner. She is proficient in Microsoft products, social networking, web marketing, and has a sharp eye for detail.

Cathy’s extensive use of technology keeps her aware of new developments, and her vast knowledge of the local area can provide keen insight to buyers and sellers alike on the area, history, and points of interest for the Big Bear Valley.

Cathy is deeply invested in her family and the community, volunteering with her local religious congregation, and volunteered at the local library’s literacy program, as well as tutored her younger brother and others in elementary and high school subjects.

Cathy has been married for 12 years, has one son, and enjoys reading, baking, hiking, Spartan races, Brazilian jiu jitsu, power lifting, outdoor activities with her family & pets, and photography. Before joining the real estate industry, she trained service dogs, sold used books, and crafted gourmet coffees.
