- Total Residential Properties in Back-Up and Pending: 169 (17% increase from February 3rd)
- Total Residential Properties Sold in February: 70 (7% increase from January)

118 Sold in September
112 Sold in August - New Residential Listings In February: 136 (33% increase from January)
- 11% of Current Market has been reduced in price since February 1st.
